Philippine Ferry Capsized

Hundreds missing in ferry tragedy

Hundreds of people are still missing after a Philippine ferry carrying some 800 people capsized on Saturday in a storm.

Capsized Ferry Philippine

I would be interested to in why they let a ferry go out to sea with a typhoon warning or alert. Granted it was only a level one alert but if the ferry was going to be headed in the direction of the typhoon it should have never left port. That is just my opinion.
