'No stillbirth link' to Caesarean
Having a Caesarean does not raise the risk of a stillbirth in a subsequent pregnancy, a study has found.

Birth and Caesarean
I would have to say that I agree with this study. My current wife has had three Caesareans and all three of her boys are alive and healthy. She did not get pregnant with any others in the time frame of her having kids. So I would say it has no connection with still births.
