A funny question. I guess you are no longer a "newbie" when you feel comfortable with yourself and your surroundings.

Newbie Reviews Consumer & Travel Family Culture

Just being a recently rebellious teen myself, I know how it feels like. Those who are rebellious have loving parents, but the parents like the child, misunderstands the body language and the language meant. Sometimes the love is taken as hate. For example, a parent tells a child to be careful. The child thinks the parent is trying to annoy her or him. It's just that children can misunderstand. It's also because of anger and also teen hormones.
