Following this is medical related Topics involving diseases, especially where the disease may be rare or where the person may be interested in pursuing a suit or lawyers to file a claim.

Conversly, topics that pay the least are things that have little importance, mostly entertainment related like games, celebrities, music and so forth, but the funny thing is that entertainment attracts more people so you will find that more people click on Ads related to those Topics and in that case volume pays although each click is of a low value.

Of course research is constantly needed on trends to find out which subjects may be paying better.
