Live Should Where

look at how much you can afford and start there. Look at all the communities around the area you wish to live and check out the schools, churches, and are Drive through the area your looking at both in day light and at night. IF the area is one you like and can afford then buy or rent a place there.

Where Should I Live? History & Civil Business Politics

Where you should live depends on what you need. School access, parks busing, stores ect.

Your needs to day might be different ten years from now so plan ahead when you buy. Buying for the moment might be worse then putting up with some inconvenience for today but 50% of the hassles in 5 years.

For me I have one car two boys that will be working in 8 to 3 years and will have need for public transport and will be so for the next 8 years. So we bought close to their school and I can bike to work or bus. Wife then has the car. In 8 years the boys will be up in age and be able to get to college from where we are or University. If they move out we might move further north as our living costs will be lower. If we stay for 30 years it is a great retirement spot. So renting fr a short time to some one when we move north might be a better bet. Then come back to live in older age.

Live Should Where

The first question should be where do you want to live? Then you determine if you can afford to live in your ideal location. If not, how close can you get or what changes do you need to make to be able to afford it. Are you willing to make any sacrifices? How much house can you afford? Are there other factors that are important to you? Do you want to be close to family? Schools? Shopping? Entertainment? Recreation? List your top ten attributes for your ideal living community. Then prioritize those attributes from most desirable to least desirable. Then rate each location according to your priority list. How long you plan on staying in the new home may make an impact on how you prioritize your list.
