What are your thoughts about the Negative Calorie Diet?

I have read up on it. Basically, it emphasizes eating foods that cause you to burn more calories than you gain. Main problem is that unless you plan to make a major investment you will find the foods that this diet lists are expensive if you are to have a well rounded diet.

Your right JB, if you are to keep to this diet, the food would be pricey to buy.
Apart from the price, I think it would be very hard to stick to this diet!

I think the best way round is to maybe choose one thing a week, and integrate it into your own diet... Celery soup being a good one if you can stomach it .

I like the idea of celery being a negative calorie food. I like to buy a stalk of celery each week and then take it to work where I snack on it while drinking my water all day. This I thinks helps me keep from eating other unhealthy foods while I work.
