Having dice like that could be handy, it takes away some of the thinking on the Dungeon Master's part and allows him to focus on the game itself while giving his NPCs more character.
NPC Attitude Dice Reviews RPG & Card Board
NPCs in a story tend to be different. I can see this being very handy to give some personality to NPCs that PCs meet during an adventure.
