Have you used the unique Improved Combat Reflexes [Epic] Feat for your D&D Character? If so, what are your thoughts about the pros and cons of selecting this Feat over other Feats.

You won't be able to consider this feat unless you have a dexterity of 21 so forget it as a regular option but in any case you get unlimited attacks of opportunity which is fantastic.

For a monster or NPC this feat will almost seem unfair but that's the point of feats - give you that added advantage as the hero in the game.
