Are the people in Trinidad & Tobago conscious about "Going Green"?

Only a few and the others will think they have green skin!
We were always 'green" by planting our own garden, buying less things from Hilo, and eating 'roots' food, food, bhaji, and other stuff!

Generally speaking, no they are not! There is littering all around and people are overall not concerned about the environment.

I'd think it's only in Western societies that environmentalism and green politics is prevalent. I don't think T&T has that much of a recycling culture, for one.

There are a lot of us very concious about it. Look at the smelter issue and the amount of community activists that came out and demanded the government reverse its thinking over it.
