On Mortgage applications do they ask how "Green" you are?

I have never seen this question on any mortgage application. Unless there were restrictions or other requirements on the covenants of a housing community or condominium project I think the question would be irrelevant. Some communities do have "green" requirements but those would not be on the mortgage application. They may however be on the purchase contract.
