The blogs have gone crazy because Glenn called video game bloggers losers. This caller called up in a tizzy and tried to prove he is not a loser by saying 'I've been playing video games since 1988 and subscribe to video game magazines' . . . Don't think that helped his argument.

Anyone can call anyone a loser for a variety of reasons, depending on your perspective. If, for instance, you are not into games, or you don't like a certain political view, you're probably going to call that person a loser. However, alot of gamers have the utmost respect for some game bloggers. For example: The Angry Video Game Nerd. Sure, he may look like a loser to many people, but to me, he's got a hilarious sense of humour, and he makes some pretty creative videos..and I respect that. It just depends on what you value in life, not that any particular person is actually a "loser".

I have a problem with anyone calling someone else a loser. How do you know they are a loser? Do you know them that well to make that statement? If you know a person very well and from that perspective you may call them a loser. Do not call someone you do not know anything about a loser for that just shows your ignorance of life.

I like to listen to what video game bloggers have to say. Some of the items are funny and others are well thought of. I value some of the things I find there.
