Simple Recipes
There are Recipes just so simple you can't forget it. For instance who would refuse this recipe:
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
1. Get strawberries
2. Get melted chocolate
3. Dip strawberries in chocolate
4. Enjoy and beware of predators trying to steal your creations
I LOVE strawberries dipped in chocolate!
When I look for simple recipes I always choose pasta. There are so many ways to cook it and it's delicious! You can cook some minced meat with marinara sauce, pour it over your pasta with parmigiano reggiano cheese on top and you are done in less than 30 minutes.
I love some of the simple recipes. THe PB and J Just add bread. OR the BLT again just add bread. Some of the simplest recipes can be some of the best things for you. Hard boiled eggs. A quick snack of a apple or banana. Even a snack of celery or carrot sticks. Even dicing up fruit and placing it in a bowl for snack time is good for you and easy to make.
When I first had to cook for myself, I made up my own 'burger casserole', basically cook some burgers and chop them into a pan, add some sprouts, gravy and tinned potatoes, and heat it up...done in a few minutes and quite good too
A bit lazy, but did the trick at the time.
How can eating a banana or an aple be a recipe? Dont you have to cook it or add it with something before it can be called a recipe? My favorite is probably the most known. Take two slices of wonder bread, open your favorite jars of peanut butter and jelly. Spread em' even on the bread and you got magic!

Just off the top of my head some really good, yet simple, recipes are:
Grilled Veggies
Take some mushrooms caps or zucchini (cut in long fingers) and place in a gallon ziplock bag. Pour in a bottle of Zesty Italian salad dressing. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Then toss them on a hot grill and cook until done.
Ultimate S'mores
Take a graham cracker square & a marshmallow. Place it in the microwave for about 15 seconds, until marshmallow puffs. Place a Reese's peanut butter cup on the marshmallow and top with 2nd graham cracker square. Then taste a piece of heaven being careful not to burn your mouth on the marshmallow.
'Basa Pockets
Slice up some kielbasa sausage. Saute them until they start to brown. Add some sliced onions, sliced green peppers & sliced mushrooms. Continue cooking. Season well with Morton's Nature's Seasons. Cook until veggies are soft & starting to brown. You can add some grated cheese of your choice if desired. Spoon into pita pockets and enjoy.
