It is a great joke! Make a cool car for parades and such so maybe in a case like that or if I owned a pet shop. Just hope that head retracts for parking.

Noth being one for attention I wouldn't drive such a car, just the front alone is like a danger to all ahead unless of course it is retractable.

That looks like it might just have been photoshoped and not a real car. The head on the car is not realistic for the body.
