Kuwait MPs approve extra $10 bn for arms:

Kuwait's parliament on Wednesday unanimously approved a request by the oil-rich Gulf state's government for $10 billion in additional funds for military spending during the next 10 years. Ref. Source 5u.

Well I hope that the money is well spent and they get a good military and they get some great training. From what I saw of their military 25 years ago it was not very good at all.
