John McCain's Battery Idea

John McCain has been talking about energy policy, and he's got some radical new ideas like this one: $300 million dollars to whoever can come up with a battery that will change the way we use our cars. That's an interesting policy considering if someone did invent a battery that was suddenly used as the main power source for the country's transportation, it would probably net that person a lot more than $300 million. But thanks for being so generous with the taxpayers money, that's very kind of the Senator from Arizona.

Idea Battery Mccains John

I believe that this is a great Idea. Sometimes it takes a person thinking out of the box to get the next major invention going. If someone does come up with something that works I know it will be worth a lot more than 300K. But hey it is a start. If we get more people thinking out of the box who knows what we can come up with. We may find a way to solve our current energy crisis moving up back into control of our own destiny.

Besides there are a lot of things we use today that were accidently discovered while trying for something else. Maybe something good will come out of it all no matter what.
