Marcie Smith Missing
It is so distressing for anyone to know your loved one went to do shopping and never returned. What happened to Marcie? I suspect the person who is seen with the bicycle in the video knows something.
QUOTE MURFREESBORO, Tenn.- Marcie Smith disappeared without a trace three weeks ago in Murfreesboro. Police first thought she was a possible victim of a random carjacking, but now there's a possibility that someone close to Smith is responsible for her disappearance.
About three weeks ago, Marcie Smith, 69, disappeared. Her husband told Murfreesboro police she went shopping and never returned. The only evidence was surveillance video from a Walmart parking lot. It shows a man pulling a bicycle from Marcie's SUV and casually riding away.
"The posture would indicate it's probably an older person riding the bicycle," said Kyle Evans, a Murfreesboro Police Spokesperson.
Police have not found the man, and wonder if Marcie ever made it to Walmart. Initially her family went public, calling news conferences and canvassing neighborhoods.
Her husband Glover Smith was emotional asking anyone who may know her whereabouts to help. Smith gave a heartfelt plea after his wife disappeared, but now he's not talking. Source 5j
