12 Year Old Accused Of Killing Parents
How sad, if is true that this child was being abused then you may be able to understand why he did what he did...

A 12-year-old boy was arrested by the Miller County Sheriff's Department on suspicion of shooting and killing his parents Monday night in Kaiser, Missouri, near the Lake of the Ozarks. Police responded to a call to Palace Lane Estates mobile home park around 11:50 p.m. Monday. The child apparently called his grandmother, who lived in town, then called 911 to report the shooting of his mother and step-father. Both parents suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
"He didn't seem like the sort of kid that would do that," Stephen Garner, a neighbor, said. "You wouldn't expect that from him. He liked to walk his dog he liked to ride his bike."
Garner's wife, Esperanza, agreed. "He seemed like a very quiet boy," she said.
The Garners said they boy was unhappy with his living situation at home, and that his father assaulted him.
He went up to one of the neighbors, and I guess he was upset. He wanted to live up there [with the neighbor], and a parent up said 'No, I don't think your mom would appreciate that,'" Esperanza Garner said. "Then, I guess he made a comment to the affect of 'I'll just take care of it myself.'..
