Bouncer 'fight night' condemned
A row breaks out over plans to stage a "fight night" in Manchester to find Britain's "hardest bouncer".

It doesn't surprise me, but I still find it totally ridiculous, and not at all responsible.
I have a neighbor who will probably enter this, and more than likely come quite high up, as he is a fighter and a Manchester bouncer, but still a nice guy.
I don't somehow see how they can turn this into a tourist attraction though...that would just be wrong.
If two men want to pummel their brains out then let them, it's likely the losing guy may actually learn something from it, like don't give up your day job, or night job in a bouncer's case.
I think that it is a good thing for those who want to slug it out. Wanting to see who is the best is something all people do. I am one who has done some bouncer type of work. I would not get in a ring to see if I was tougher than someone else though. I would rather sit and watch others do that.
