I suspect foul play on this case. She was last seen on her apartment and a neighbor saw her dog run loose and the doors open. I really hope I am wrong and she may be found safe.
QUOTE ATHENS, Ga. (FOX 5) -- The Athens-Clarke County Police Department requests the public's assistance in locating 29-year-old Cayle Bywater, missing from Athens, Georgia since Dec. 29, 2007.
Cayle Bywater -- a white femaile -- was last seen by a neighbor outside her home on South Milledge Avenue in Athens during the afternoon of Dec. 29. She last had phone contact with a family member at approximately the same time.
On Dec. 31, 2007, neighbors noticed Bywater's dog running loose outside, and found the back door to Bywater's residence open. Her vehicle, keys, wallet and cell phone were located at the residence.
No family members or friends have reported any contact with Bywater since Dec. 29, 2007. Source 9m
