Instagram cockfight videos spur police bust
Instagram videos of an illegal cockfighting operation led police to arrest a Fontana man and seize 30 abused roosters Tuesday. The man had used his Instagram account to promote the breeding, selling, training and fighting of roosters. Ref. Source 1c.
Cockfighting operation in Pauma Valley
Nearly 100 roosters were seized and 183 others were euthanized after an alleged cockfighting operation was discovered in Pauma Valley. Sheriff’s deputies issued several misdemeanor citations to the property owner for possessing cockfighting knives. Ref. Source 3n.
