Can The Devil Read Your Mind?

Is it possible for the Devil to know what I am thinking?

Mind Read Devil Can

There is no biblical bases to believe that the devil can read your mind, or knows what you are thinking. If he can, then so can every other angel created, since he was supposedly one of them. However, there has often been the common belief that the devil can put thoughts into your mind and influence your thoughts. This indicates that the devil indeed has access to your mind and thus your thoughts, but again, there is not scriptural bases for this.

With out scriptural backing, that means that your bad evil thoughts are your own, and not a tempting from the devil. The bible talks about the tempting by the devil, but a thought that is not accessible cannot be a temptation from the devil. Thus tempting thoughts cannot be from the devil either. The devil would have to have access to your mind. But it is popular to believe that the devil can put tempting thoughts in your mind, because we don't want to believe we can come up with those kinds of mental temptations, or that they are just plain normal thoughts people have.

Agreed the devil can not read our minds, but he is wiley. Instead he reads our actions and from his vast experience he pretty much knows what we are thinking.

The Devil also knows our nature very well and places things around us or people, to help feed thoughts we have just from being human. Ie the body has need for reproduction so he places many scantily clad ladies around us. I will stop here less I digress into another topic.

Agreed, the evil one(s) cannot read our thoughts. You know, if we pay more attention to realizing just how many of the unseen are constantly watching us then our actions and thoughts would most definitely be different.

Comments: He can't read your mind but he can put thoughts into your head. He can put something in but he can't take anything out! It's the mind that is the battlefield. Our weapons of spiritual warfare come from the mind because it's in the mind were we fight. Joyce Meyers has an awesome book called The Battlefield Of the mind. It is life changing, but be prepared before you read it. Once you realize the battle of the mind the fighting inside begins, I believe this is how you get rid of the old wine skin that Jesus talked about. The only way to gain victory over the devil in your life is Jesus! He is the key. If you are reading this you should check out Joyce Meyers and Joseph Prince, they have made a huge impact on my life. If you have never tried God/Jesus give Him a chance. He will show you He does exist! The peace of God is more satisfying than any drug or anything else people use to fill a void. I know from experience.

I think only god knows your thoughts but the devil can definitely see your actions. Since he can see what you do he in a way knows what your weaknesses are.
