Attack Heart

I have low cholesterol. I exercise regularly. I am not overweight. I take blood pressure meds regularly which keeps my blood pressure well within the normal ranges. So, I don't believe I have any of the risks associated with premature heart disease.

Rather off topic, but...
I just got re-certified in CPR last night, so if you have a heart attack and I am around, I might be able to help save you.

Lets see here my cholesterol is high I get regular exercise and I try to eat healthy. I am over weight by a few pounds so I know I am at risk. I think I have a strong body but I need to work on getting more weight off as I get older.
