What are the laws in Alabama concerning capital murder? I hope he gets the death penalty, if not, he is VERY lucky.

Edward Williams was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Michigan on Friday night. Birmingham police have charged him with capital murder and accuse him of killing 67-year-old Johnny Vines and 56-year-old Lee Frank Webster. Police said Williams unexpectedly showed up Wednesday at home of his brother and sister in Birmingham. The brother and sister left to run errands.
