Discovery School Shooting Suspect Back In Madison County Jail

My goodness, one wants to believe kids like this one have serious mental issues because the way the victim died (Cold blood murder) it makes you wonder what is this kid (The perpetrator) capable of.
HUNTSVILLE, AL - A 15-year-old murder suspect accused of gunning down a classmate at Discovery Middle School is back in the Madison County Jail. Hammad Memon was booked into the jail Tuesday, after being brought back from a state-run mental hospital in Tuscaloosa. Memon had been at Bryce Hospital for psychiatric tests. However, the hospital ordered his release, saying the court-ordered evaluation is complete. Bruce Gardner, attorney for the accused shooter, says it's highly likely Memon's parents will bond their son out of jail while criminal proceedings play out. Memon's bond has been set at $75,000. Authorities say Memon shot and killed 14-year-old Todd Brown in an execution-style killing at Discovery Middle School in Madison on February 5, 2010. Investigators say Memon walked up behind Brown and shot him point blank in the back of the head. The suspect was 14 at the time, but has been ordered to stand trial as an adult…
