Sometimes these sort of situations are so easily to handle but one of the parties chooses not to and ends up badly like in this case.
QUOTE NEW YORK (AP) Authorities say a man was stabbed to death outside a Brooklyn bar during a dispute that started when two dogs' leashes got tangled. Police said a woman was trying to untangle the leashes. The other dog owner put his hand on her arm while offering to handle it.
