I am a Software Developer from the UK, currently living on another caribbean island but soon to be in Trinidad. I am interested in real politics and real economics, not the rubbish dished out by the main stream media. The story behind the story , the news behind the news. I seek to learn and disseminate truth. Hi LRD, welcome. If you are the same person that posted in the Trinidad section I thought you was a Trinidadian. Are you coming here to live?

Yes I will be living in Trinidad with my family but I will also spend a lot of time off the Island for work.

LRD, so you are moving to Trinidad for good or for few years? I am sure you checked the many discussions about the state of Trinidad now days, yet again for most foreigners who come here to work the reality is quite different to the rest of the population. Looking forward to your posts in the boards.

LDS_forever, if things work out well maybe we will stay for good. I have visited Trinidad a few times and I am well aware of everything going on there. I read all the bad news on the web. I think things will probably get worse there for a while but I think the country has great potential which I hope it will bring to fruition in the future which will present many opportunities. If things don't work out we will move on and try something else.
