(I may be wrong about the interval, but I don't think the presidency would hold his interest long. Trump may or may not build a wall, remember it is all politics, there is such thing as false promises before elections. Unfortunately for him, a big wall dividing the US and Mexico wouldn't stop illegal immigrants from getting through anyway.
