Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly said it is "Unlikely" that the wall along the Southwest border of the United States will stretch "From sea to shining sea." The barrier will likely be a wall, fencing, electronic surveillance and personnel. Ref. Source 1p.

I figured it would not be a wall but a fence with more people down there to monitor the "Wall" to try to stem the flow of illegals pouring across our border. I could care less if it just a line drawn in the earth. Once you cross that line illegally you should be caught and deported.
