There is a case in Russia: Source 7c where a woman dressed in a burka paraded around with the head of her special needs child crying out "Allahu Akbar". She apparently severed the head of the little girl after learning her husband had another family elsewhere. Could it be that she gave up on life and wanted to rid herself of her children take the little girl out of the world so no one would have to take care of her? The caregiver later claimed to be hearing voices.
