i dont want to be fat! my mom and dad are though so am i going to be fat |
When i was younger my dad used to always complane about my weight, and tell me that i shouldn't each junk food. What else will a kid eat if all they find in the house is junk food?...kids eat what there perants cook, maybe if my mom had cooked healthy food i would have eaten healthy.
My dad used to say i was fat and that i never got proper excersise, yet he was the one who never provided the facilities for me... all he could ever do what complane.
Perants have to realize that children need proper large tasty meals as they are growing! if you dont feed them enough healthy food that they find tasy, then they will still be hungry; and munch on junk food.
The most important thing is excersise most kids in a family all eat the same food so why are some fatter than others? I think the ones who sit down reading are more likelly to be fat the the ones who are out doing sports, its all about how much energy they burn from what they eat, not what they eat...
a matter of changing a life style, you will be surprised infact at how many fat children say that they dont even eat that much, and some children say they never stop eating but yet they are skinny...
prehaps the ones who eat more encrease there matabolism, i really think a healthy life style is the key to loosing weight for most healthy children...

Actually the whole system of fat comes from the way we were trained from an early age to like fattening stuff; meats, sugars, flour, butter, etc. |
