Olmer Morales, 18, told deputies in Martin County that he was stopped and surrounded by the gang of women as he was riding his bicycle to work. The police report says that one of them had on a long sleeve white t-shirt but she was "Heavy set" so probably if she did the bra-less thing it might have been too much. .
