Small Updates: The Quest from Lady Fluke gives a bigger initial amount thus aiding new Players to gain a greater amount of PP to alter their Character.
I've added more NPCs to the Party page. Remember, you can only recruit when in the Town and according to your Soul.
Thanks for the updates but that brings up two points I will like to make;
A. What about older players and getting PP? B. What if you can only have one NPC and you want to get a better one? The game will only allow you one at a time.
For "A", I am finishing up some code I use to add in Events (There is a backlog of submissions) so there will be opportunities to gain some PP that way.
For "B", I just finished adding in code to allow you to remove a Party NPC so you can both Add and Remove NPCs as you so desire.
As an update, I have begun work on the map location of "Anglesey" to facilitate class specific guilds.
A few weeks ago I said I was working on these items:
Wizard, your class is not determined by the Skills you choose because its your story. When Anglesey is opened you will be able to join various guilds thus rising in specific classes. For instance, Druid level 1 and Illusionist level 2 but that will all be explained when it is time.
ROK II Update: When your Character dies your Journal will automatically be updated with an entry about it. This adds to the history of the Character and thus their story as well.
Another ROK II Update: If your Character dies while Exploring then the Reaper puts you back to Explore thus making it difficult for weaker Characters to return to a 'safe' place. Therefore, I've changed this so whenever a Character dies they will always be resurrected to the Town.
History Box: While working on Anglesey I decided to add in a new kind of information box called a "History Box" which dispenses real historical information related to the page you are on. For instance, at the Blacksmith's forge you might read a History Box about how a certain weapon got its name or when it was invented in the Middle Ages.
Multi-Class: On another note I have set up 16 Guilds and the classes you can specialize in are listed here: Fighter, Ranger, Paladin, Martial, Cavalier, Barbarian, Mage, Sorcerer, Illusionist, Rogue, Assassin, Cleric, Druid, Bard, Alchemist, and Emissary. Thus, ROK II allows you to multi-class (No more than 2) in a separate manner to your regular Level making your Character a formidable adversary.
