Skipped Court, Can I Go Back To The USA?

Comments: Help and advice anyone? I\'ll make it brief. I\'m a UK citizen I worked in DC 10 years ago. Had a fight in a bar with a guy who turned out to be an off duty cop. I got arrested for assault. I skipped court court and came back to the UK. SO my question is will I be arrested if I fly in to USA? Am I on the wanted list for this? How do I find out if I can enter the USA, I didn\'t want to ask the US embassy! Before people judge me, I was sober and this guy was drunk and giving me crap, he deserved to be smacked!

If you skipped court and got into a fight why do you feel you will be welcomed back to America with open arms? Its not for you to decide if you were right to get in a fight that's what the justice system is for. Go to the US embassy nearest you and see what they say.
