Councils 'fail' on youth drinking

More than a third of councils in Scotland have not suspended a single shop license for sales of alcohol to underage drinkers.

Drinkers Youth Scottish

I think that the scottish people need to look at their governing people who are letting these under aged drink servers enjoy serving under aged drinkers without a care in the world. I believe the local ale houses will not be enjoying life if they are shut down for a week for selling to under aged drinkers.
