There are some nice ones but I think the official matrix site has a wider range and sizes, but this one is good too depending on what meets your fancy.

Interestingly enough despite the Trilogy being rather 'old' now I still see people making new wallpapers incorporating the whole Matrix concept. That shows the impact the movies had on many.
