I will say one thing about all of this. You never point and shoot any weapon at another unless you intend to kill that person. When we did mock drills of any sort to include civilian drills we never had our combat assault rifles. We used lesser means to disrupt the crowds. To use assault rifles, even with blanks, in this type of situation is wrong. I feel sorry for those who were injured.
