Thats the problem with the flippin UN and all those third world countries they recruit to do things they are advantageous and don't have correct protocols in place to monitor the activities of their soldiers.

I believe the UN seriously needs to take a look as who they are hiring to complete a job. If the troops you are using are doing more harm than good or stealing from other countries they need to get them out of there and get some people in there to do the job correctly.
