NPR CEO: Williams should keep his views with his psychiatrist
NPR CEO Vivian Schiller explained her decision to give Juan Williams the ax. Among the reasons were "he has been a frequent contributor to Fox News" - a clear slam on Fox News. She went on to say that she wouldn't judge Williams" comments, but that he should have kept his feelings between him and his psychiatrist or publicist - 'take your pick'. Fox News Gives Juan Williams $2 Million Contract

NPR has been sharply criticized for terminating the contract of news analyst Juan Williams for remarks he made about Muslims. Williams appeared on Fox's The O'Reilly Factor Thursday night to respond to NPR's decision. Fox has extended Williams' contract with the network for three years for $2 million.

Good for him! It is good that Fox News took his back. The US seems to want to censor every opinion a person has to the point that being politically correct requires a doctorate to understand what to say and when to say it.
