What are your thoughts about Veronica Lynn Compton?

Ms. Compton was a twenty-something year old playwright and actress. Possessing an obsession with serial killers, she wrote to Bianchi sending him a copy of her screenplay. It was about a female serial killer and she yearned for his opinion on the subject matter, considering he was a pro and all. After much correspondence they began to discuss and share their dreams of mutilation, rape, necrophilia and of course...murder. Bianchi's brain gears began to turn. How could he use this eager and more than willing young lady to his advantage? Eureka! He had it! Bianchi convinced Veronica Compton to come and visit him in prison. This wouldn't be just any visit. No, he had a plan. During her stay, he would smuggle out to her a rubber glove with his semen in it. Compton was then instructed to go out and kill a women and leave Bianchi's sperm at the crime scene. Police would then believe the real killer was still loose! Brilliant plan huh?

Compton, ever obedient, went out in search for a woman to kill. To make a long story short, she bungled up the murder attempt and the girl got away. Veronica Compton was arrested and convicted in Washington state with no chance of parole until 1994. Even though Bianchi continued to write to her from prison, she lost interest in him. The new focus was on none other than Douglas Clark. Speak of the devil! He must have really been something with the ladies. The two wackos continued correspondence on the theme of mutilation and murder until 1988. On July. 27, 1988, Veronica Lynn Compton successfully escaped from Gig Harbor Women's Prison in WA. She has never been caught and is free today.

As an update to above. She married in prison a law professor. They were allowed to consummate the marriage while she was still in prison (3 months later). She became pregnant. In 2003 she was allowed to leave the prison for good behavior and now lives with her husband.
