San Fransisco Bay Pollution

Seems like a broken pipe is leaking untreated sewage into the San Fransisco Bay at the rate of 15,000 gallon an hour! They cannot fix the broken pipe until the tide goes down so it looks like there will be as much as 300,000 gallons of the stuff in the San Fransisco Bay by the end of the day. (FNC)
