QUOTE KANSAS CITY, MO - Prosecutors have charged a Kansas City, Kansas, man with the shooting death of a man on the Kansas City, Missouri's West Side last August. Ramiro Villanueva, 20, faces second-degree murder and armed criminal action charges in the August 8th shooting death of 28-year-old John Garcia, a budding area rapper, on Avienda Ceasar Chavez and Mercier Avenue. According to police, witnesses say that a white Ford Crown Victoria with Kansas license plates drove slowly by a large group of people near the intersection of Cesar Chavez and Mercier. A short time later, the car returned, and a passenger started shooting into the crowd before disappearing down Mercier, where police say it drove through a fence and down a hill, losing a side mirror in the process… Source 3s
