Kosovo All Over Again

Its been a lively subject for the soldiers at my barracks that kosovo is likely to fire up again. To be completly honest I don't think that we as an army can deal with Iraq, Afganistan and Kosovo as well other exercises around the globe. The British Army, while be one of the best armies in the world just simply haven't got the manpower.

I am not to sure why its going to kick off again I think it has something to do with the peace treaty being broken a day after it was signed. If you could tell me more I would be grateful.

I am not sure that Kosovo will become another hot spot again. I know there is always rumors floating around that it is going to be another civil war there again. I am not sure the people who remember all the fighting from the last time want that to happen. I think that is what is keeping it under control. We will see just how much control still holds sway.
