Depends a lot on how you define win and how the fight starts. Neither can really kill the other. Wolverine is technically more killable, but has regenerated from some tremendous wounds. So really, you're left with who walks away while the other is lying in a pool o their own blood, regenerating.
Wolverine is a better close combatant, and his claws can slice through Deadpool's swords. Deadpool is a much better ranged combatant and, in the comics, has a teleporter, so could easily keep it ranged if he desired.
Unfortunately, Wade Wilson is insane, so would undoubtedly end up in melee with Wolverine and get his head chopped off 9 times out of 10.
The tenth time would be as a joke in the Deadpool comic as Wade says, 'Watch this. Wolverine and I have this running gag.' He shoots Wolverine in the stomach with a grenade launcher, blowing the feral Canuck to bits. After laughing for a bit, Deadpool wipes his eyes and calls out, 'Gotcha, buddy! Oh, that never gets old.'
I think burning would stop regeneration like being thrown into a volcano. I believe its connecting tissue that is needed to regenerate so if you take it all out there is nothing left. The winner would be the person that accomplishes that.
Wolverine, in my view is a far superior fighter than Deadpool. First let's take the basic characteristics of anger, years of experience, and in body weapons vs Deadpool: immature, not as much experience and has no in body weapons. I think its Wolverine for sure.
If Deadpool could be killed, I'd put my money on Wolverine. Unfortunately, due to some strange stories where he is cursed by Thanos to be incapable of dying by any means, I would say Deadpool. It's a little hard to compare these two. I think it would depend entirely on the circumstances of the fight. If Deadpool could find some electromagnets or a strong magnet, he could literally trap Wolverine and slowly pull him apart with magnetic force, ripping his adamantium skeleton from his body (This is possible, Magneto has done it in the comics) and then burn the remains. Also remember that both Deadpool and Wolverine have killed the Marvel Universe, so it is possible for them to be killed. I think Deadpool's ability to break the fourth wall should be mentioned here. I can see him teleporting into our world and threatening the writer/illustrator at gun-point to write him a good ending.
I think if it happened in, say, the X-Mansion, even in a case where Wolverine asks the X Men not to interfere due to it being a duel of honour or something (Not that I'm suggesting Deadpool has much honour in return) they would intervene if Wolverine was about to lose. I don't think either would be able to completely finish the other, even then. If we're thinking about a fight to the death, I think Deadpool would win, as he can't die. If it was a fight until one gives up, or is driven off, I would give it to Wolverine.
Rossaldinho aren't you setting up a lot of probabilities? If he had a magnet and if he had this or that. I like to judge how well a character can come out of a fight based on nothing else but there own grit and powers so wouldn't you say that would be Wolverine?
