A decade ago, 17 San Jose State swimmers said an athletic trainer touched them inappropriately. SJSU cleared him. Now it’s reinvestigating. SJSU investigation found trigger-point therapy to be a “bona fide” treatment, but former athletes say an athletic trainer touched their breasts and pelvic areas under their undergarments. Ref. Ah geez, I don't understand how these people would actually think it's a good idea to touch others inappropriately then expect to not get caught eventually. Sure, there's corruption in the world out there but karma sure has it's ways of finding you when you least expect it!

San Jose State head athletic trainer accused of sexual misconduct resigns after USA TODAY investigation into school's handling of the case. Multiple female athletes accused Scott Shaw of unwanted touching in 2009, but the university found no wrongdoing and closed the case in 2010.
