Heart breaking would never be enough to describe her feelings I am sure. I just can not imagine how the doctors did not know until the end. Assuming this person seen a doctor prior to birth time. Would one not clue in to no movement no kicks etc., or was self denial so strong that she talked her self into believing all was ok.
