After researching about it, I discovered it was a fake report done by Onion News. Some people thinks is quite humorous to make fun of little kids dying of cancer.

It is sad that some would make light of such a thing as children dying from cancer. I hope the video does not stop some of the wonderful people who donate to the make-a-wish foundation that makes the lives those who are dying a little lighter.

I can't believe they would go through all of that just to make a joke. That one kid that was hooked up to the respirator, he should not be shown if its a joke, that is really very disrespectful.
