WASHINGTON (AP) - Tony Snow, a conservative writer and commentator who cheerfully sparred with reporters in the White House briefing room during a stint as President George W. Bush's press secretary, has died of colon cancer, Fox News reported Saturday. Snow was 53 years old.

It is always sad to see someone who is still young die of cancer. I am glad to hear he fought it with all he had. I pray for his family.
