The rich and famous in Somalia are mostly tribal and faction leaders, pirates, or ISIS commanders. They are mostly not nice men. They rose [to their] positions by being untrusting and ruthless with their enemies and even their friends on occasion. They care little for others, they don't have that luxury if they want to maintain their position and stay alive. They have learned this behavior through the process of growing up in that culture and seeing what happens to those who don't exhibit those traits.
