Google Image Search

This was an interesting feature that is rather fun to use. When you go to the main Google.com page, there is a link right above the search to search for images only. You may click on preferences if you like and change your search protection to not show any porn pics or offensive pics or you can take that protection completely off. Search for anything you like from rainbows to dog shows and you will get pictures to look at!

This is one of my favorite Google features that I use quite often. Many times I find myself in need of a basic picture for an example of something or presentation and this is a quick and easy way to find exactly what I am looking for. Google image search also allows you to filter results aside from just adult content but also file size, pixel size, file type and even black and white or grey scale rather than color. I find this very useful because most of the graphics that I look for I generally like to find a .gif or .tiff file for size and ease of manipulation.
