There is a video circulating showing a woman beatting up a Homeless Mentally Challenged Girl in Trinidad. Police are aware of the video but there is no indication where they have reached in the case. The poor girl is homeless and looking for help.

No one deserves to be treated like that and the girl wasn't even fighting back. They need to capture this attacker and throw her behind some bars. The authorities need to HELP this mentally challenged girl ASAP!

Unfortunately people mistake power for right. Just because you have the ability (Or power) to do something doesn't mean you have the right to do it. There are plenty in the world that think if they are stronger and someone else is weaker, they should take advantage of the weak. This is obviously wrong, but unless someone more powerful comes along to regulate, it is hard to enforce. Sometimes people don't realize they are taking advantage (Though obviously in this case the attacker knew they were being violent), but something still needs to be done. We especially need to watch out for those that are not as able to defend of car for themselves. It is easy to just pass by and say it is someone else's problem, but the only way something is going to be fixed is for each individual to take responsibility and do something. If you see something that needs fixing, you don't have to fix it yourself, but you should start telling others about the problem and get them interested in fixing it. When the whole world cares, no one is left behind!
